Earrings in detail - small studs

These small stud earrings illustrate how gold and texture can be used.  (They are under 1 cm diameter).  In some, gold wire has been fused into the surface, and either textured or rolled flat, and in some cases other decoration added and then the whole surface textured.  Others use a small gold dot or fragment on a highly polished or perhaps a previously textured surface, so giving contrast and sparkle.  They can be adjusted in style and size.  For example some are slightly domed, others flat.  They typically cost from £20 to £35.
